Who we are
Nick Boyle formed Highland Home Carers in April 1994. Together with the management team the organisation has many years experience in social work, healthcare and in the independent sector.
In July 2004, Highland Home Carers became employee owned, meaning that every member of staff owns part of the company and benefits from its great success. This means that when you chose a service with Highland Home Carers, the people coming to your home are not just workers but shareholders in the business. They will benefit from providing you with the best possible service.

Louise Smith BN,RGN Operational Manager. Louise has a broad remit, dealing with initial and ongoing assessments and training of care and support staff.
